Job Summary

Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing signs and symptoms while maintaining accurate documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance. Foster interdisciplinary communication and participate in research initiatives within a Learning Health System. Meet established productivity standards and stay current on literature to integrate best practices. Work full-time at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
