Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor care for all genders using evidence-based practice to lead clinical growth and change. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing signs and symptoms, engaging patients, and maintaining accurate documentation and billing. Mentor other caregivers, foster interdisciplinary communication, and champion quality improvement within a Learning Health System. Stay current on literature to integrate best practices and may participate in research initiatives while meeting established productivity standards. Work 36 weekly hours at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an hourly range of $47.38 to $73.11.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
