Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor care for all genders using evidence-based practices. Prioritize patient signs and symptoms while engaging patients, and perform advanced clinical care with appropriate documentation and billing. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and foster interdisciplinary communication within specialty programs. Meet productivity standards and maintain required activities for the PFT-C designation. Stay current in literature to champion best practices and integrate CQI principles in a Learning Health System. Participate in research initiatives as opportunities arise.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
