Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor rehabilitation care for individuals across all genders using evidence-based practices. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement initiatives within Intermountain Health's Learning Health System. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing symptoms, engaging patients, and maintaining accurate documentation and billing. Foster interdisciplinary communication, participate in research initiatives, and meet established productivity standards. Requires a designated specialist degree, current BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City with 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
