Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services in the specialty area of pelvic floor therapy. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement while fostering evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced practice patient care, including prioritizing signs and symptoms, engaging patients, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles and may participate in research initiatives. Maintain current knowledge of medical chaperone policies and best practices. This role requires a Certified Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with a degree in a Rehabilitation profession and current BLS certification. Based at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, the position offers 36 weekly hours with an hourly range of $47.38 to $73.11.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
