Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for pelvic floor rehabilitation using evidence-based practices across all genders. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement initiatives within Intermountain Health's Learning Health System. Perform advanced patient care while maintaining accurate documentation, billing, and compliance with medical chaperone policies. Establish interdisciplinary care programs, interpret data for strategic planning, and stay current with literature to integrate best practices. Meet established productivity standards and participate in research initiatives as needed. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City with 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
