Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking pelvic floor rehabilitation services using evidence-based practice. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement initiatives across Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced patient care including prioritizing symptoms, engaging patients, and managing full-spectrum evaluation and treatment for all genders. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to medical chaperone policies, and meet productivity standards while fostering interdisciplinary communication. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles and may participate in research. Requires current BLS certification, relevant degree, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
