Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services by using best evidence to advance the science and art of pelvic floor therapy. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation while demonstrating expertise in evaluation and treatment for all genders. Perform advanced practice patient care, prioritize symptoms, engage patients, and maintain accurate documentation and billing per regulatory requirements. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles, interpret data, and participate in research initiatives as needed. Spend 80% of time in the specialty area depending on clinical need.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
