Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking pelvic floor rehabilitation services using current evidence-based practices. Perform advanced practice patient care, prioritize symptoms, and engage patients while managing full-spectrum care for all genders. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and foster interdisciplinary communication within specialty programs. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to medical chaperone policies, and meet productivity standards in a Learning Health System. Stay current on literature to champion quality improvement and research initiatives. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate complex equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
