Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor rehabilitation care for all genders, utilizing evidence-based practices to lead clinical growth and change. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing signs and symptoms, engaging patients, and maintaining accurate documentation and billing in compliance with regulatory policies. Mentor other caregivers, foster interdisciplinary communication, and champion quality improvement initiatives within the Learning Health System. Stay current with literature to integrate best practices and may participate in research. Work full-time with a minimum productivity standard, requiring manual dexterity for equipment manipulation and the ability to transfer patients.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
