Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and foster interdisciplinary care within specialty programs that integrate quality improvement principles. Stay current in literature to champion evidence-based practice and may participate in research initiatives. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles to support continuous improvement across Intermountain Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
