Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services in the pelvic floor specialty area. Use best evidence to advance the science and art of practice while leading clinical growth, mentoring caregivers, and championing quality improvement. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing signs and symptoms, engaging patients, and maintaining accurate documentation and billing. Foster interdisciplinary communication and promote consistent team interaction within a Learning Health System. Stay current in literature to integrate best practices, participate in research initiatives, and meet established productivity standards. Work 36 weekly hours at the Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
