Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor rehabilitation care for all genders using evidence-based best practices. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement initiatives within Intermountain Health's Learning Health System. Perform advanced patient care, prioritize symptoms, and foster interdisciplinary communication while maintaining accurate documentation and billing. Establish and maintain required designation activities, participate in research when possible, and meet established productivity standards. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City with a weekly schedule of 36 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
