Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor rehabilitation care using evidence-based practices for all genders. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement initiatives within Intermountain Health's Learning Health System. Perform advanced patient care, prioritize symptoms, and foster interdisciplinary communication while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Establish required activities for the designation, interpret data for strategic planning, and participate in research initiatives as needed. Work 36 weekly hours at the Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an hourly range of $47.38 to $73.11.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
