Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor rehabilitation care using current evidence-based practices for individuals across all genders. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing signs and symptoms while engaging patients, and demonstrate expertise in evaluation, treatment, and documentation aligned with regulatory requirements. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster interdisciplinary communication within Intermountain Health's Learning Health System. Maintain current knowledge of medical chaperone policies and literature to integrate best practices. Meet established productivity standards and participate in research initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
