Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking pelvic floor rehabilitation services using current evidence-based practices. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing signs and symptoms, engaging patients, and managing full-spectrum evaluations for all genders. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and foster interdisciplinary communication while championing quality improvement and research initiatives within the Learning Health System. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to medical chaperone policies, and meet established productivity standards. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
