Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services by using evidence-based science and art. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based programs across Intermountain Rehabilitation. Evaluate and treat full-spectrum pelvic floor care for all genders while performing advanced practice patient care, prioritizing symptoms, and engaging patients. Maintain accurate documentation, patient billing, and compliance with medical chaperone policies and regulatory requirements. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles, stay current in literature, and integrate best practices. Meet established productivity standards and participate in research initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
