Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services in the pelvic floor specialty area. Demonstrate expertise in evaluation and treatment of full-spectrum pelvic floor care for all genders while prioritizing patient signs, symptoms, and complexities. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced practice patient care, ensure accurate documentation and billing, and maintain compliance with current medical chaperone policies. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles, stay current in literature, and participate in research initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
