Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor rehabilitation care for all genders using evidence-based practices. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster interdisciplinary programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced patient care, prioritize symptoms, and engage patients while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with medical chaperone policies. Establish and maintain required activities for the PFT-C designation, participate in research initiatives, and stay current with literature to integrate best practices. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
