Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced practice patient care, prioritize symptoms, and engage patients while maintaining accurate documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance. Spend 80% of time in the specialty area depending on clinical need, establish required designation activities, and work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles. May participate in research initiatives and meet established productivity standards.
