Job Summary
Evaluate and treat full spectrum pelvic floor care for all genders, prioritizing patient signs and symptoms while engaging patients with complex needs. Deliver advanced practice patient care, ensure accurate documentation and billing, and maintain compliance with medical chaperone policies and regulatory requirements. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and foster interdisciplinary communication within the specialty department. Champion quality improvement, stay current in literature, and integrate evidence-based practices into the Learning Health System. Meet established productivity standards and participate in research initiatives as needed. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, with 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
