Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking pelvic floor rehabilitation, utilizing current evidence to advance both science and clinical practice. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based programs across Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing signs and symptoms while engaging patients, ensuring accurate documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance. Maintain 80% time in the specialty area depending on clinical need and work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles. May participate in research initiatives and stay current on literature to integrate best practices. Requires a designated specialist degree, current BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City with a weekly schedule of 36 hours.
