Evaluate and treat full-spectrum pelvic floor needs for all genders while prioritizing patient signs, symptoms, and complexities. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster interdisciplinary care within Intermountain Health's Learning Health System. Maintain accurate documentation, comply with medical chaperone policies, and meet productivity standards. Stay current in literature to integrate best practices into clinical programs. Participate in research initiatives as needed.
