Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and foster interdisciplinary care within Intermountain Health's Learning Health System using CQI principles. Maintain current knowledge of literature to champion evidence-based practice and may participate in research initiatives. Work 36 weekly hours at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an hourly range of $47.38 - $73.11.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
