Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor care for all genders using current evidence-based best practices. Prioritize patient signs and symptoms while engaging patients, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to medical chaperone policies. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and foster interdisciplinary communication within specialty programs. Meet established productivity standards and stay current on literature to integrate best practices into Intermountain Health's Learning Health System. Participate in research initiatives as needed. Requires a designated specialist degree, current BLS, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
