Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of pelvic floor rehabilitation care for all genders using evidence-based best practices. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement initiatives within Intermountain Rehabilitation's Learning Health System. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing symptoms, engaging patients, and maintaining accurate documentation and billing. Foster interdisciplinary communication, participate in research initiatives, and meet established productivity standards while adhering to medical chaperone policies. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to interpret data and manage complex equipment. Located at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
