Job Summary

Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, and champion quality improvement initiatives within Intermountain Rehabilitation's Learning Health System. Perform advanced patient care by prioritizing symptoms, engaging patients, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing. Foster interdisciplinary communication, maintain current literature integration, and meet established productivity standards. Work 36 weekly hours at Avenues Physician Tower in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an hourly range of $47.38 to $73.11. Requires current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift patients and operate delicate equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
