Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services in the pelvic floor specialty area. Use best evidence to lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced practice patient care, including prioritizing signs and symptoms, engaging patients, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing. Demonstrate expertise in evaluation and treatment for all genders while maintaining current medical chaperone policies and regulatory compliance. Work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles, stay current in literature, and may participate in research initiatives. Meet manager-established productivity standards and foster interdisciplinary care.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
