Job Summary
Deliver and promote the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services in pelvic floor therapy, using the best evidence to advance both the science and art of the specialty. Lead clinical growth, mentor caregivers, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation. Perform advanced practice patient care, prioritize symptoms, and engage patients while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Spend 80% of time in the specialty area depending on clinical need and work within a Learning Health System using CQI principles. May participate in research initiatives and establish activities required for this designation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, education and designated specialist in a Rehabilitation profession consistent with licensure requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of clinical experience
