Job Summary
Provide peer support services, case management, and referral coordination across CRP programs. Use lived recovery experience to mentor and motivate clients, walking alongside them through recovery from engagement to long-term stability. Deliver recovery education, assess client needs, develop individualized recovery and discharge plans, and connect clients with appropriate resources. Perform crisis intervention, de-escalation, screening, assessments, and referrals; assist with IOP group facilitation; administer naloxone when needed. Collaborate with clinical teams to promote whole-person, recovery-oriented care; complete required documentation in the electronic health record within 24 hours of services; participate in meetings, supervision, and ongoing training. Schedule may include evenings and weekends; in-person role based in Albuquerque, NM.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) certification
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Lived recovery experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
