Conduct intake processes, manage client transportation, and facilitate orientation groups while maintaining constant communication during admissions. Observe and report changes in clients' physical or mental conditions to medical staff, de-escalate situations involving patients leaving AMA/ACA, and monitor family visits to ensure safety. Complete timely shift reports, que checks to track patient locations, and assist the medical department during medication pass times.
