Job Summary
Conduct intake processes, manage client transportation, and facilitate orientation groups while maintaining constant communication during admissions. Observe and report changes in clients' physical or mental conditions to medical staff, de-escalate situations involving patients leaving AMA/ACA, and monitor family visits to ensure safety. Complete timely shift reports, que checks to track patient locations, and assist the medical department during medication pass times. Maintain clean office spaces and properties, participate in scheduled staff meetings and trainings, and protect patient privacy in accordance with federal and state laws.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Peer Recovery Certification
- Ability and desire to keep patients safe at all times
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- 1+ Years experience in Mental Health Field (or corresponding college coursework) - preferable
