Job Summary
Process Certified Payroll, track Prevailing Wage time for hourly employees, follow up with supervisors for timekeeping approvals, generate weekly Certified Payroll Reports and submit to appropriate agencies, resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information in PayTrax, interpret complex contract documents related to construction, analyze certified payroll, prevailing wage and apprenticeship documents to ensure compliance with governing laws and labor compliance programs, interact at all levels in the organization with positive relationships, review and organize information independently, and support Prevailing Wage Payroll Manager with various tasks and projects.
