Job Summary
Paralegal - Litigation at a downtown Columbus law firm. Responsibilities include processing and distributing all firm mail (hard copies, faxes, electronic filings), managing scheduling orders and tracking legal deadlines, providing front desk support and client-facing duties, communicating with attorneys, staff, and courts to maintain workflow, maintaining high standards of documentation and confidentiality, collaborating with fellow paralegals and staff to support various legal functions, and assisting with administrative tasks while upholding professional standards. Ideal candidates have paralegal education or legal administrative experience (training is available for strong related backgrounds such as healthcare or office administration), exceptional attention to detail, comfort with front desk duties, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment, and a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. In-office work commitment is emphasized; the role is full-time and located in Columbus, Ohio.
