Job Summary
Perform Toyota auto care services including multi point inspections to determine required safety or service work, oil/lube and filter changes, tire balancing and rotation, and coolant system flushing. Conduct state inspection and emissions testing if certifications are current. Check fluid levels and replenish as needed; obtain parts from Parts department. Communicate with the Assistant Service Manager regarding additional work or RO-related changes; document all work performed and recommendations on the repair order; safely road test vehicles and maintain dealership tools and manuals. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety throughout the shift; adhere to Toyota standards and RO procedures.
