Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant providing in-home OT services under supervision of licensed physical therapists. Responsible for delivering quality care to homebound patients across designated service areas (Beaufort, Hilton Head, Bluffton, Suncity, Hardeeville) with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule in a full-time, salary-based role that includes a monthly guaranteed bonus. Works with physician group in South Carolina and Georgia, serving facilities, homes, clinics, and via virtual visits as needed. Requires an Associate degree from an accredited OTA program, current SC OT A licensure, valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and strong interpersonal/communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
