Implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, and help participants maintain independence in daily tasks at home and in the center. Document progress, educate participants and caregivers, and adapt interventions to changing needs while working closely with an OT and an interdisciplinary care team. Support seniors in our PACE program within a culture emphasizing compassion, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement in caring for older adults.
