Job Summary
Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine occupational therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians. Assist the Occupational Therapist and supervisor in day-to-day operations by coordinating with nursing staff and directing aides to ensure quality care. Help residents develop or regain functioning through programs involving manual arts, functional skills, activities of daily living, and social activities. Maintain productivity as set by the Director of Rehabilitation. Competitive pay ranges from $38 to $47 per hour with flexible scheduling. High school diploma and state certification required, with long-term care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state in which practiced
