Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Provide occupational therapy treatments in patients' homes under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting clients in improving independence with daily living activities. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety while monitoring progress and communicating updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Complete accurate and timely documentation and collaborate with an interdisciplinary Home Health team to ensure excellent patient care.
