Job Summary
PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides patient care under the supervision of a licensed OT to implement treatment plans for patients of all ages, including instruction to patients and families, documentation to regulatory requirements, and collaboration with health-team members. The role requires NBCOT certification, California COTA licensure, BLS/CPR, and an associate’s degree; duties include contributing to a positive facility culture, maintaining clinical knowledge, and flexibility to perform other duties as assigned, with occasional travel up to ~5% and on-site work at the Turlock clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
