Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant-PRN

Provide hands-on assessment, treatment, and direction to subordinate staff while implementing patient care plans and goals. Assist patients with dressing, braces, and equipment; measure range of motion, track data progress, and document home programs. Educate patients and families on functional activities, clean therapy equipment, and maintain room standards. Confer with staff to coordinate treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold patient confidentiality. Maintain positive employee relations and participate in continuing education. Requires Iowa COTA licensure; includes physical demands of lifting up to 50 lbs and consistent attendance.
