Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) needed for per diem rehabilitation role at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ. Under supervision of a licensed OT, you will help residents improve independence and functional abilities, implement treatment plans, educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment, monitor progress, participate in care planning, support group therapy activities, and maintain clinical documentation. Must be a graduate of an accredited COTA program with NJ COTA license and strong communication skills; able to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and contribute to high-quality compassionate care for older adults.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current New Jersey Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
