Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals with the Occupational Therapist and creatively execute treatment plans for the geriatric population. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation while helping patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner to the community. Work closely with the interdisciplinary team in senior-living and post-acute settings to deliver patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
