Job Summary
Carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist while adhering to specific goals developed by the OT. Provide comprehensive treatment to patients, including those in long-term care or geriatric settings, and collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care. Document patient progress on weekly progress notes in a timely fashion and provide feedback to the supervising therapist via required documentation methods. Maintain exceptional patient service skills and demonstrate clinical excellence while reporting to work on time and adhering to scheduled hours. Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice
- Well versed with documentation writing
- Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times
