Provide Occupational Therapy services under supervision of the supervising Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing facility; perform assessment, program planning and implementation, document daily care per guidelines, and communicate responses to treatment intervention to residents, family, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of the National Certification for O.T.A.
- Current state licensure or license eligible.
- 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
