Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including assisting in assessment, treatment planning and implementation, documentation, and communication with residents and family; requires ability to carry out treatment plans as designed by supervising therapist, document daily care, and communicate responses to treatment interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of the National Certification for OT
- Current state licensure or license eligible
- 0-3 years of long-term care experience
- Background screening through the AHCA Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
