Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant needed for Optimal Home Care in Fort Collins, CO. The role focuses on delivering occupational therapy services to improve patients’ quality of life in home and community settings, with mileage reimbursement, a comprehensive benefits package, and no weekend rotations. Requires ACOTE-accredited OTA education and current Colorado COTA license in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus experience in home health preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or its predecessor organizations
- Must currently hold a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license and be in good standing in the state of Colorado
- Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate
- Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills
- Experience in Home Health as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) preferred
