Job Summary
Assess patients' needs and follow tailored treatment plans to help residents achieve independence and function. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining excellent communication with patients and staff. This Full-Time role includes PRN availability at Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Henderson, Nevada.
Required Qualifications
- An Associates degree from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Nevada
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
