Maintain independent operation while adhering to team protocols, utilizing a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for all scheduled appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- CPR certification
