Job Summary
Conduct home visits in the Marietta area to assist licensed physical therapists in delivering care to patients recovering from injuries or illnesses. Complete visits in patients' homes throughout the designated service area while maintaining strong interpersonal communication skills. Work independently or as part of a collaborative team to support individuals with diverse needs. Requires current state licensure, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Full-time salary-based role with two schedule options: Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM) plus one weekend monthly, or Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM) with 7 days on, 7 days off.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting
