Job Summary
Home-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant providing visits under licensed PTs to homebound patients across designated SC service areas, with a full-time salary and guaranteed monthly bonus. Two schedules available: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Service areas include Myrtle Beach, Hemingway/Andrews, Conway/Loris, and Murrells Inlet. Join a physician-group-led team delivering comprehensive primary care with a focus on accessible, compassionate home health care and collaboration with facilities, families, and virtual visits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certification
- Previous home health or similar setting experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Reliable transportation
